Joseph Simhon’s story began in Montreal, where he was born in 1985 and spent much of his childhood learning alongside his father, developer and contractor David Simhon. Early exposure to drafting and hands-on projects in Montreal, Miami, and Sunny Isles gave Joseph a practical education rooted in discipline, curiosity, and follow-through. While these experiences helped shape his professional path, it is his ability to understand and inspire people that has come to define his leadership.

Kyle Tevis is a project manager, licensed building inspector, and architectural and MEP designer with experience in design, construction, inspections, and field coordination. He specializes in overseeing projects, coordinating design teams, conducting field site inspections, and preparing accurate construction documents for architectural, MEP, structural, seawalls, docks, and concrete restoration projects. As a boater, Kyle has a personal appreciation for waterfront structures, making seawall and dock projects both a professional specialty and a personal passion.

Carolina Martinez is a Senior Architectural and MEP Designer with experience in residential and commercial projects. She specializes in functional design, 3D modeling, and the development of architectural and MEP construction plans from concept through completion. She enjoys creating innovative, integrated design solutions that balance functionality, efficiency, and adaptability while coordinating seamlessly across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Katherine is an Architectural Designer with experience in residential and commercial projects. She specializes in developing construction drawings, permit sets, and Revit models, helping transform design concepts into accurate documentation for city review and permitting. She enjoys continuously learning and developing new skills that contribute to her professional growth and the success of her team.
Isabella is a Junior Designer with a passion for computational design and sustainability. She supports the organization through her experience reviewing permits, conducting inspections, and drafting. Outside of work, she enjoys drawing, sculpting, and creating models, bringing an innovative perspective to the team.

Fleur is the Administrative Assistant who supports the company’s operations while assisting the marketing team with content coordination and brand initiatives. She helps keep projects organized, manages administrative tasks, and contributes to the development of marketing materials. With a collaborative and supportive approach, Fleur enjoys helping the team wherever she’s needed and contributing to the company’s continued success.
